Owner’s Representation

When Hall & Hill serves as an owner’s representative, clients gain a trusted partner who acts as a steward of the design, schedule and budget. On behalf of the owner, we manage all communication with the contractor to promote safety, quality and accountability on the job site. Our knowledge and experience provide another level of oversight which eliminates problems and mitigates risk before it becomes an issue.
